By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they are legally allowed to purchase, possess, import and use the item in their country or region.

Verification before shipping

For orders shipped within Italy, or where required by applicable law, KALI HOCHO may request proof of age before dispatch.

This may include a copy or partial copy of an identity document, or another suitable method to confirm that the buyer is aged 18 or over.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if age verification is not completed.

Use of verification data

Any information requested for age verification is used only to confirm legal eligibility to purchase the item.

KALI HOCHO does not request more information than reasonably necessary for this purpose.

Legal responsibility of the buyer

The buyer is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations concerning the purchase, possession, transport, import and use of knives in their country or region.

KALI HOCHO may refuse or cancel an order if there are reasonable concerns regarding age, legal eligibility, destination restrictions or misuse.
